Hearth & Oak

Hearth & Oak is a creative studio and small-scale flower grower based in Mosgiel, Otago. From our suburban garden, we grow seasonal cut flowers for florists who appreciate fresh, locally grown blooms.

Our collection includes sweet peas, dahlias, hydrangeas, Floret zinnias, cosmos, and other carefully chosen seasonal flowers. Dahlias are a particular passion, and alongside carefully selected varieties, we are beginning to develop and grow our own garden-bred dahlia seedlings, each offering the potential for something new and unique.

Flowers are grown with the seasons and harvested to order, allowing every stem to be picked at its freshest rather than held in refrigerated storage. Our boutique scale allows us to focus on quality, careful harvesting, and building lasting relationships with local florists who value seasonal flowers with a story.

Lead Time: Please allow 48 hours notice where possible. If you need flowers sooner, please get in touch—we'll do our best to help.

Minimum Order: No minimum order.

Availability: Flowers are grown seasonally and harvested to order. As we do not use refrigerated storage, flowers are picked as close as possible to collection or delivery to ensure maximum freshness.

Substitutions: We will always contact you before making any substitutions.

Collection & Delivery: Collection from Mosgiel by arrangement. Delivery may be available by prior arrangement.
